    These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with The Burbage Embroidery and Print Room. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

  2. Quotations

    All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change if artwork, garment type or quantities change.

  3. Artwork & Approval

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, spelling, colours and design details are correct before approving production.

  4. Once artwork has been approved and production has started, The Burbage Embroidery and Print Room can not be held responsible for any errors.

  5. Digitising & Setup

    Embroidery logos may require a digitising/ setup fee depending on the complexity of the design. This may be charged separately from garment costs.

  6. Garments supplied by customers

    Burbage Embroidery and Print Room can not be held responsible for damage caused during the embroidery or printing process.

  7. Colour Matching

    We aim to match colours as closely as possible. However, exact colour matches can not always be guaranteed due to variations in thread, fabric and printing processes.

  8. Minimum orders

    Some products or services may have minimum order quantities. These will be discussed during the quotation process.

  9. Turnaround Times

    Typical turnaround times are 5-7 working days from approval of artwork and confirmation of order. Larger or complex orders may take longer but this will be discussed during the quotation process should this be the case. Additional costs for rushed orders

  10. Payments

    Payment terms will be agreed before production begins.

    Orders may require full or partial payment upfront, especially for new customers or personalised items.

  11. Personalised Items

    Personalised items can not be returned or refunded unless faulty.

  12. Returns & Faults

    If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or solution where appropriate.

  13. Delivery

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by third - party delivery companies.

  14. Liability

    The Burbage Embroidery and Print Room shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the supply of goods or services.
